Presence over performance
I am not interested in poses that feel borrowed. I want to find the version of you that already exists — relaxed, real, entirely yourself.
About
Hi, I'm Pamela. I am a photographer based in Sheffield, creating images that feel honest, unhurried and quietly beautiful.
Pamela, Sheffield
The beginning
I grew up noticing the in-between moments — the way light falls through a window, the look exchanged across a room, the pause before laughter. Long before I picked up a camera, I was collecting those moments in my mind.
For years I built a life as a content creator, working with big brands and learning what it truly means to tell a story through imagery. That world sharpened my eye and gave me a deep appreciation for the craft behind every frame.
But it was at gatherings with friends — camera in hand, completely in my element — that my love for photography really came alive. Capturing people I cared about, in moments that felt real and unguarded, reminded me why I fell in love with it in the first place. That passion only grew from there.
Made by Pamela grew from that instinct — a quiet commitment to making images that feel true to the people in them, and beautiful enough to last a lifetime.
How I work
01
I am not interested in poses that feel borrowed. I want to find the version of you that already exists — relaxed, real, entirely yourself.
02
Every session is shaped by the quality of light available. I work with it rather than against it, which is why timing and location matter so much to me.
03
My editing is quiet. I enhance what is already there rather than transforming it. The goal is always an image that still looks like itself in twenty years.
With feeling.
